Fantastic Speakers and Important Information at Missouri Coalition Behavioral Health Conference  

Over 700 attendees from across Missouri’s mental health community turned out for the annual Missouri Coalition Behavioral Health Conference in Branson this month.  Educational topics ranged from "Strategic Happiness: Building A Culture of Trust & Positivity in Uncertain Times" to "Trauma Informed Culture: Lessons Learned."  CommCARE staff provided details about expanded services and participated in networking opportunities with medical and nursing directors, psychiatrists, clinical directors, community support supervisors and specialists from across the state.

CommCARE President and CEO Terry Trafton says: "This conference offers an amazing opportunity for professionals from many different organizations to share their knowledge about the latest developments in the behavioral health field, including specific ways that are currently working to approach stigma reduction and to build resilience in our communities."
