Come join our dynamic and highly skilled team of behavioral health professionals working from home!! CommCARE is looking for individuals to perform behavioral health crisis hotline intervention, brief screening, and referrals for various service lines in its 24/7 Call Center
Requirements: Master’s degree in the Human Services’ field with a minimum of one year of behavioral health experience post degree that preferably includes clinical crisis and substance use intervention. If licensed, must have an unrestricted current Missouri/and or Kansas license. Individuals with a Bachelor’s degree or higher and three years or more of behavioral health experience may also be considered. Computer literacy and excellent communication skills are required. Applicants must reside in the KC Metro area. If unable to work remotely from home, candidates will have to report to CommCARE's office to work any scheduled shifts. Currently seeking one full-time day from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., two full-time evening from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to midnight, and one overnight from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.. Must have weekend availability as one shift of the work week will either be on Saturday or Sunday. All staff are required to work two holiday shifts per year. Compensation includes shift differentials. EOE
