CommCare is a not-for-profit, community based regional behavioral health organization providing linkage for healthcare services between member agencies, health plans, the public sector and employers. We serve the mental health needs of various communities by improving and supporting community health in an efficient and cost effective manner.

We develop and maintain an extensive healthcare network which provides care management and access to mental health services through an array of crisis intervention, employee assistance and professional services which are monitored for quality assurance and satisfaction.

CommCare is a model of collaboration between health professionals, mental health institutions, health plans and the public sector, with exceptional experience managing high risk and vulnerable populations.
